Despite this, Roma seemed to be in control for much of their away match against Genoa.

After a lengthy VAR check, the goal was finally confirmed, providing Roma with a crucial advantage. The team looked to be on course for their first victory of the season, but as has been the case so far this year, they struggled to maintain their lead.
In the closing stages of the match, Genoa pressed hard, searching for an equalizer. Their efforts were rewarded in stoppage time when Roma’s defense faltered, allowing Genoa to snatch a late equalizer, securing a 1-1 draw.
