Alphonso Davies' contract with Bayern Munich expires next summer, and in recent times, the Bavarians have made numerous efforts to renew the contract of the Canadian international left-back, who participated in the 2024 Copa América.

However, Uli Hoeness has now stated that the German "colossus" is not willing to make any more offers. The president of the Bavarian club revealed that the final renewal offer has already been made and that if the player does not accept it, he will not be sold during this transfer window either.

"We told him very clearly that if he does not renew the contract, we will let it expire. He will not receive any more money," Uli Hoeness assured in statements to the newspaper "Bild."

Alphonso Davies has never hidden his desire to play for Real Madrid, and the Spanish "giant" is expected to be the next destination for the 23-year-old footballer.

Davies has been a standout player for Bayern Munich since joining the club, known for his exceptional speed, dribbling skills, and defensive abilities. His contributions have been vital in Bayern's domestic and international successes, including their Champions League victory.

The standoff over his contract renewal comes at a time when top European clubs are closely monitoring his situation. Real Madrid, in particular, has been linked with a move for Davies, and his apparent interest in joining the Spanish club only adds to the speculation.

Should Davies decide to see out his contract and leave Bayern on a free transfer, it would be a significant loss for the German champions, both in terms of his on-field impact and the potential transfer fee they would miss out on. Meanwhile, it would be a major coup for Real Madrid or any other club that secures his services without a transfer fee.

The coming months will be crucial as Bayern Munich will either have to convince Davies to stay with a new contract or prepare for his departure, which will undoubtedly influence their planning for the next season.
