Bayern did not disclose the club that Mané is in talks with, but German media reports suggest it is Al-Nassr. According to Bild and Sky Deutschland, negotiations with the Saudi Arabian club, which employs Cristiano Ronaldo, are nearing completion, and only the final formalities stand in the way of Mané's transfer.

Thus, after only one year, Mané's stay in Munich comes to an end. Bayern acquired the 31-year-old forward from Liverpool last year with high expectations, but the Senegalese star rarely reached the same high level he displayed during his time at Anfield, partly due to physical issues. Despite having a two-year contract, he was allowed to leave.

Mané becomes the latest star to make the move to Saudi Arabia. At Al-Nassr, he joins the likes of Ronaldo, Marcelo Brozovic (formerly of Inter Milan), and Alex Telles (formerly of Manchester United). It is rumored that Bayern will receive slightly less than the €32 million they paid to Liverpool last year, but they will be relieved of Mané's top salary.
